Indeed is expanding its Indeed Assessments tool, allowing employers to add two skills tests to their job postings, the company announced Jan. 16. U.S. employers could see their healthcare costs increase between 4% and 7% in 2020 due to COVID-19 treatment and testing costs, according to the results of a Willis Towers Watson actuarial analysis of self-funded employers released March 26. Walmart has decided to close all of its stores in the U.S. on Thanksgiving this year, for the first time since the late 1980s.
