Enboarder Platform Integrates Equifax Workforce Solutions

On January 26, 2023, Enboarder, a leading workflow and employee communication platform, announced its strategic alliance with Equifax Workforce Solutions, to bring I-9 management and Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) management features to its platform.

The integration addresses the need of the employees to adhere to federal, state and county regulations as well as for human connection at the time of onboarding. It will also provide personalized onboarding experiences to improve employee engagement.

The integration will enable Enboarder’s customers to empower their new hires to fill the USCIS Form I-9 from beginning to end, on any device, nearly from anywhere. Similarly, they can recognize the eligible employees for WOTC and gain more tax credits for their businesses.

Brent Pearson, Founder and CEO of Enboarder, said, "The ability to create strong, authentic connections among employees is the foundation of success for any business and it starts with the onboarding journey." He added, "Through our partnership with Equifax, our customers can more easily manage the historically time-consuming and paperwork-heavy side of onboarding, allowing them to focus more on what matters most: helping new hires build relationships and a support network from day one."

Relode Announces Integration Partnership with iCIMS

Relode | February 16, 2023

Relode, a software development company dedicated to the recruitment, has recently announced its integration partnership with iCIMS. The integrated platform is available in iCIMS Marketplace, connecting qualified candidates to the companies, especially with critical and healthcare roles, and helping candidates with hiring and application processes. It is very difficult to find new hires for healthcare organizations, and the iCIMS database shows a decrease in job applications for healthcare roles over a month. At the same time, healthcare employers receive applications from less qualified candidates, about 14 applications per job opening on average. With the integrated partnership, Relode and iCIMS will connect technology, experts, and network, so that companies will find the right candidate. The integration will make it easier for the iCIMS talent teams to manage workflow in the iCIMS Talent Cloud, and Relode will handle the tasks of sourcing and cross-checking Talent before showing the candidate information in the platform through its recruiters’ network. This distribution of work will lessen the burden of talent acquisition managers so that they can focus on the process of onboarding and interviewing. CEO of Relode, Peter Clare, said, “As recruiting organizations face greater uncertainty and tightening labor markets, our integration and partnership with iCIMS will help organizations to build and maintain workforces that will drive the next level of success.” He added, “Our shared strength in the healthcare and technology sectors will help joint customers to more easily identify a representative slate of interview-ready candidates, faster and at a higher level of quality all in one place, without ever having to leave the iCIMS platform.” (Source – Business Wire) About Relode Relode, a subscription-based talent acquisition platform, has been utilizing its network of about 4,000 recruiters for targeted sourcing and helping organizations with qualified hires since 2014. It helps both recruiters and candidates with their diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) goals. It is an online marketplace where professionals can refer Talent and candidates can apply for job opportunities. Employers can directly connect with its professional network to search for a qualified candidate for any job opening. With its virtual Crowd, it saves the cost of staffing and unnecessary expenses across all industries.
