An employment compliance solutions provider, OutSolve, recently announced that it had completed its Meyer Consulting Group (MCG) acquisition. MCG is a consulting group based in Texas and is an affirmative action firm that specializes in the development and design of Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) for government-related contracts and subcontracts.
In addition, the acquisition helps the company align its mission to scale its compliance capabilities and strengthen its lead and securing fastest-growing positions in the market.
Increased enforcement efforts by the Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs (OFCCP) continue to drive up demand for all-in-one solutions that cover all compliance areas related to OFCCP. This acquisition is part of OutSolve's plan for growth, which is to expand its operations to meet market needs and drive best-in-class capabilities.
MCG marks the eleventh acquisition by OutSolve. The elven purchase includes Workplace Dynamics, The HR Consultant, Pinnacle Affirmative Action, Workforce Compliance Associates, Van Zant Resource Group, Gaucher Associates Taapestry, First Advantage Consulting Firm's affirmative action business, HudsonMann Inc., and, most recently, The Austin Peters Group.
"MCG brings us more than just another acquisition. It adds Courtney Heth, a business-oriented professional with advanced OFCCP domain expertise to OutSolve's bench strength. With an impressive history of delivering first-rate services, we expect MCG to be a strong complement to OutSolve's existing high-quality solutions," said Jeremy Mancheski, President, and Founder of OutSolve.
