Paycor HCM Launches a Developer Portal App

On February 15th, premier HR solutions provider, Paycor HCM, Inc., announced the launch of a new feature for its software suite. The Developer Portal simplifies data transfer to a user’s third-party system and their HR software. The portal comes with a programming interface (API) to enable users to sync their data, keep it secure and be compliance-ready.

With the Developer Portal, business leaders will be able to access live data and other resources to support decision-making. Organizations using Paycor’s API will be kept in the loop about new changes and will be able to sync multiple systems. With over 60 points of integration covered between the HR and non-HR platforms, the Developer Portal is a one stop self-service software. It offers the following features:
  • Custom application creation
  • Third-party systems and demographic data syncing
  • Notification of employee termination to third-party systems
  • Capture, tracking and monitoring of payroll data and overtime
  • Import of earnings and hourly record from Point-of-Sale systems to Paycor
