Realtor Keller Williams leads Indeed's Top-rated Workplaces for Culture in 2018
Global realtor Keller Williams took the number-one spot for best culture in Indeed's Top-rated Workplaces for 2018. Rounding out the top five were In-N-Out Burger, Total Quality Logistics, Vans and supermarket chain HEB. Keller Williams was chosen for the high level of training it offers staff, who described the company as having a supportive team environment; great management; unlimited earning potential; and operating with integrity, honesty and friendliness. Employees described some of the other winning companies as offering flexible work schedules, quality food, competitive pay, great health benefits, internal promotions, extensive training and mentorships, sports and recreational perks, equity in the company, volunteering and community service opportunities, and transparent information on race, gender and pay to end inequalities.
