The collaboration of Empyrean's benefits administration platform and Enspire's employee communication and engagement technology resulted in a more holistic solution in the HR sector called +YOU. This solution is customizable and designed for employer-branded people experience, offering a suite of tools that employer requires for employee benefits, communication, wellness, and productivity.
Benefits consultant and advisor find accelerated utilization, adoption, and benefit engagement with its solution. Through its solution, Empyrean expects to be a strategic partner to HR companies and organizations for employee retention and engagement with its increased user engagement. Enspire would continue its service as stand-alone employer communication and engagement platform but as a part of Empyrean.
