The only constant is change. That’s true in the workplace as much as anywhere else, especially when it comes to the people. A few short years ago, the hot topics were the unique needs of millennials or the departure of baby boomers from the labor force. But time marches on, and now employers are dealing with workforce trends: millennials’ priorities are shifting, Gen Xers are at risk for disengagement and some baby boomers are reentering the workforce. And now employers are welcoming Generation Z into the workplace as well.
