The report, conducted in the United Kingdom by career community Bright Network, also showed that responding students had concerns about their ability to secure a good job related to their studies post-college. According to a press release, despite the well-known importance of internships in helping to get a job after graduation, 35% of undergraduates are not applying for them, indicating that more needs to be done to educate them about the importance of gaining work experience.
