On December 21, Eliassen Group, LLC, a strategic consulting and talent solutions firm, announced the acquisition of Fidato Partners, LLC, based in Philadelphia. The Eliassen Group delivers strategic consulting in areas such as life sciences, IT, risk management, cloud, business optimization and Agile consulting. Established in 1989, the company is headquartered in Reading, Massachusetts. The acquisition of Fidato Partners will boost its expertise in a wide range of financial areas like technical accounting, financial planning, analysis, risk control, finance transformation, and project management.
