Equifax Releases First-to-Market Offboarding Forms Offering

On June 13th, global data analytics and technology provider Equifax announced the launch of Offboarding Forms, a solution that streamlines form management for employees and ensures ease and security for HR teams and their organizations. As an extension of the Workforce Solutions Compliance Center platform, Offboarding Forms will enable HR teams to manage offboarding, including the compliance aspects such as state-mandated separation notices to terminated, in-office, remote, or hybrid employees across the U.S.

Hitherto, 35 states insist that employers provide a notice that outlines the rights with regard to unemployment benefits for exiting employees, regardless of whether their exit is voluntary or not.
