As GM of Europe, Ruairi Kelleher will lead Atlas' business operations and oversee expanded development within the region. As CPO, Michelle Mesina will direct Atlas' internal people strategy to deepen global impact while cultivating rewarding employee experiences for an increasingly diverse workforce.

Kelleher brings more than 15 years of experience building and scaling innovative companies via operations, technology, strategy, revenue and M&A activity. Prior to joining Atlas, he served as CEO at global payroll technology company Immedis where he oversaw its 2016 launch and repositioning. Under his stewardship, Immedis emerged as a leader in the payroll space with more than 400 employees and year-over-year growth of more than 100%. As chief executive officer, Kelleher spearheaded the successful Series A and B funding rounds at Immedis and led the commercial practice for expat tax mobility within the Group. Additional previous experience includes consulting for international firms, where he focused on delivering business growth through corporate relationship solutions.
Michelle Mesina, SPHR, comes to Atlas with over 20 years of experience from start-up, high- growth and transformative environments, helping organizations to scale quickly. She joins Atlas' C-suite following a series of high-profile positions leading HR and people ops for such dynamic companies as Gensler, PowerReviews, project44 and Hazel Technologies. At Hazel Technologies, she had overall responsibility for thought leadership strategies and solutions to attract, engage and retain the best talent.

Talent Systems®, the software provider for casting and auditioning that connects talent and their representatives with casting directors, has acquired the eTribez Casting Platform, becoming the leading source worldwide for reality television talent casting. It has also acquired Staff Me Up, the leading production crew professional network with a heavy focus on unscripted productions. With these additions, Talent Systems can provide unscripted shows with all of the tools they need to fully cast and crew their productions.
The eTribez Casting Platform, previously led by eTribez CEO Eli Abayan, has been used to cast some of the most recognizable reality shows around the globe, including "Survivor," "Big Brother," "Idol," "Love Island," and "MasterChef." Staff Me Up, led by CEO Jared Tobman, is the top professional network for hiring qualified crew members and creatives and also developed Coded for Inclusion, which works with diversity advocacy organizations and studios, including A+E Networks, Warner Bros. Discovery, Banijay Americas and Amazon Studios, to improve inclusive hiring for historically underrepresented groups.

More than 8 million people have registered with the eTribez Casting Platform. This end-to-end software offers talent a secure front-end registration system, and helps casting directors, production companies, and networks manage the tens of thousands of applications one reality show may receive. Staff Me Up connects 350,000 crew freelancers to exclusive production jobs at more than 3,000 networks, studios and production companies, and its staff of nine will join the Talent Systems team.
Later this year, the eTribez Casting Platform will be rebranded under the Talent Systems portfolio while eTribez will continue to independently run its separate Production Management Platform. In the coming months, Staff Me Up will expand its hiring and networking platform, which currently focuses on unscripted crew, into scripted TV and film production.
Talent Systems is the parent company of Cast It Systems, Casting Networks®, Spotlight, Casting Frontier, and Modasphere. These platforms, along with the eTribez Casting Platform and Staff Me Up, will continue to operate independently while leveraging each other's technology.

BairesDev, a leading technology solutions company, announced the conclusion of the latest edition of its Giveback Program, focused on promoting diversity and inclusion in the technology industry by investing in the tech talent of tomorrow. In this opportunity, BairesDev partnered with its clients to make 224 donations to 29 different NPOs, 60% more compared to the previous edition.
Twice a year, the company selects a list of NPOs that share its vision of building a more inclusive tech industry and teams up with clients to allow them to choose causes for BairesDev to donate funds. In this edition, BairesDev donated funds to Womxn in Power, EveryoneOn, NPower, Close the Gap, and LaunchCode, among other NPOs, which focus on closing the digital breach faced by many talented people around the world.
Beneficiaries highlighted the relevance of these programs in supporting underrepresented communities and addressing unequal access to opportunities in the tech industry. With BairesDev donations, more than 1,500 talented people from diverse backgrounds will have access to industry certifications, computers, digital training, among others.

BairesDev donations have provided enough to underwrite industry certification testing for all of the women in the next Silicon Valley training cohort. This will give roughly 40 women the industry-recognized certification essential to landing their first job in tech, Said NPower Inc.
Thanks to BairesDev, Close the Gap can fully equip a computer lab in Africa with 30 computers and offer training to local personnel of a school that is in need of ICT devices. The hardware will be installed in a dedicated computer room where on average 20 individual students will make use of each computer. Thanks to your contributions, 600 students who would otherwise be excluded from digital education will now gain digital literacy, said Close the Gap.

Nokia has selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) to consolidate and replace its Human Resources systems in the cloud as part of its global digitalization program. Nokia will use a worldwide deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM to manage all HR processes, including recruitment, compensation, and performance management, for the company's global workforce in its 130 countries of operation.
In 2021, Nokia launched its 'One Nokia Digital' strategy to support the company's competitiveness by digitalizing its operations. As part of these efforts Nokia will replace its on-premises HR systems with Oracle Cloud HCM. Nokia selected Oracle Cloud HCM for its ability to standardize HR processes on a common data platform, which will enable Nokia to provide a consistent employee experience across teams and more easily manage and scale HR services globally.
