Neocase Enters the Microsoft Digital Workplace with a Brand New HR Chatbot

Neocase, a French software editor and worldwide leader in HR solution digitization, is expanding its partnership with Microsoft by integrating with Microsoft Teams. As a result, in this context, Neocase will become a fully integrated HR solution.

Neocase, a long-time Microsoft partner and the largest ISV in France, is now a part of Microsoft's digital Workplace initiative. With the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, Teams has become one of the most popular employee apps and a strategic communication tool between employees and Human Resources.

A 100% digital employee experience

Neo, Neocase's chatbot, enables it to provide HR services that are available 24/7 from any location. Whether the employee is in the office, at home, or abroad, he can always access HR services via the Teams mobile application. They can simply ask a question, make a request if the chatbot's response is inadequate, and track or update an existing request directly in the app. In addition to providing a fully digital employee experience, companies can use the self-service portal provided by Neocase to minimize the time spent by HR addressing workers' queries. However, we recognize the importance of human contact in developing positive relationships with employees. As a result, if an employee wishes to have a live conversation with an HR manager, they may do so straight from Teams by interacting with the Neo chatbot.

Two technologies on the edge

This collaboration signals the introduction of a new generation of HR cloud-based solutions aimed at SMEs and large multinational companies. The solutions, built on Microsoft technologies and associated with the Teams environment, are a strong driver to assist companies in their digital transformation of HR operations. With this major announcement, Neocase has shown its commitment to invest heavily in Microsoft's solutions.

Neocase intends to enhance the experience and coverage of HR services by using Microsoft in an attempt to increase the usage of cognitive services and other fields such as blockchain, AI, and Machine Learning.

Through this partnership, Microsoft offers Neocase with data scientists and specialists, enabling Neocase to gain a technological advantage over its competitors.
