The Robert Half Employment Report focuses exclusively on employment trends for the finance, accounting, banking and financial services, and IT sectors in Singapore. The report is based on a survey and it measures: Hiring projections for the first half of 2014. Leaders’ confidence in their companies’ growth prospects and economic growth. Challenges with employee retention and attraction. The report was developed by Robert Half Singapore and conducted by an independent research firm. The study is based on a survey of Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and Finance Directors within commerce and industry, senior business leaders in the banking and financial services sector, as well as Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs).
