11 HUMAN CAPITAL METRICS TO BUILD TOP TALENT EFFECTIVENESS

We’re about to launch a six-part People Analytics Series, in which i4cp members who participate in any of our four Exchange groups will work collaboratively to advance the state of human capital analytics within their organizations and their functional areas (i.e., leadership development, performance management, engagement, and workforce planning). In advance of the June 27 kickoff meeting, we’ve compiled 11 human capital metrics to build top talent and succession effectiveness, informed by our research, input from the i4cp People Analytics Board, and Board chair and ROI Institute president, Patti Phillips.
