The 2020 Workforce – building a strategic workforce for the future

This research from Oxford Economics looks at the changing nature of the workforce over the next five years. More than 5,400 executives and employees across 27 countries took part in the survey, which predicts that companies will demand an increasingly flexible workforce, with more freelance consultants and self-employed staff. It assesses the impact of HR technology, the impact of millennial employees and the importance of leadership skills.
