The term recruitment software can be considered an umbrella term, in which there are a number of solutions available to assist HR and recruiting teams with the attraction, management, and recruitment of candidates. A careers site usually sits on your website, provides candidates with details of your vacancies and entices them to apply. Whereas the applicant tracking / management system (also known as an ATS) – is the part that collects their details, parses them and allows for the management, filtering and communication with applicants through the recruitment process.
