What you can do is, start your day with task planning of the whole day according to their priorities. And when you make the checklist, just stick to it. Set goals and time for each task and mark it once finished. So start your day with the plan with keeping your most productive hours in the mind and you will nail it. 5] Take Regular Breaks Have you came incidents where you are stuck in the problem and you are thinking about it for long hours. Then you decide to take a break and then later observe that the solution of the problem strikes in your mind magically. That’s the power of taking regular breaks while working. Try it and see the results. 6] Food and Exercise It’s tough to keep your nutrition in check when you are working from home. The kitchen is accessible to you and there is plenty of food available in the fridge. You might feel hungry now and then but don’t let it halt your productivity. Keep in mind- when you eat, just eat.
