While the news media focuses on the candidates in the upcoming election this November 8th, 2016, your employees may be focusing on when they will have time to vote.  While the federal government protects the right to vote it does not give specifics as to what are an employer’s obligations to their employees to ensure that they have the time to cast their ballot.
