As they say, if you believe you can do it that means you can. It is all about state of your mind what you think and what you believe at. Before April 1954, The universal believe was man was not physically capable for breaking a 4 minutes barrier that he could not run a mile in less than four minutes. When something happen’s to them they became to believe, that is the way it is, that is the way it is always been, they can’t see the possibility for being indifferent. Roger banestic came and he broke that 4 minutes barrier. Since that time up to this date up to 20000 people have done it including high school Kids.
