In essence, experiential training is based on dynamic practice with a methodology purely experiential learning, which presents a logical sequence of activities where conclusions that help improve personal and professional environment are extracted. It is carried out by people who base their action as trainers on learning through experience in a relaxed atmosphere. So it is more visible when it occurs outdoors, where barriers and impositions of space, furniture, etc., disappear.
The activities are carried out may be related to any relevant aspect for Talent management © in Organizations, ie, managerial skills, social or personal skills that affect daily work performance. Through them skills such as teamwork, leadership, motivation, change management and communication work, to name a few. The activities take the form of challenges, and addressed from a playful perspective, leveraging the benefits of play in learning. However, it is important to note that all of them must pursue a goal that is none other than delve into the application of certain skills to our work in the day. If conclusions of each challenge is not removed, it can be a fun experience but no training. Therefore, it is essential to design ad-hoc and customized for participants to work metaphorically relevant skills such as setting goals, planning and organization, strategy, conflict management, flexibility, creativity, confidence in the team ... and immediately apply that learning to their professional environments, and are able to measure the impact of these actions
