In essence, experiential training is based on dynamic practice with a methodology purely experiential learning, which presents a logical sequence of activities where conclusions that help improve personal and professional environment are extracted. It is carried out by people who base their action as trainers on learning through experience in a relaxed atmosphere. So it is more visible when it occurs outdoors, where barriers and impositions of space, furniture, etc., disappear.
The activities are carried out may be related to any relevant aspect for Talent management © in Organizations, ie, managerial skills, social or personal skills that affect daily work performance. Through them skills such as teamwork, leadership, motivation, change management and communication work, to name a few.
