According to a new survey by TimesJobs.com, a Gen Z professional had a better experience in their first job compared to a Gen Y professional. The survey of over 900 employees including Gen Z and Y participants finds that nearly 49% of Gen Z workforce got their first job in less than 2 months as compared to 38% Gen Y candidates.
