Talent priorities of Indian CEOs - CEO as CTO 2014

The People Matters-Monster.com CEO as Chief Talent Officer 2014 research presents findings from a survey conducted among 54 Indian CEOs across industries. This is the fourth instalment of this annual study. The survey was followed by qualitative interviews with 11 CEOs. The survey and the interviews were conducted in the months of September and October 2014. Most CEOs have personally driven talent initiatives in their organizations. About 88 per cent of the CEOs reveal that their time investment on talent-related activities has either remained the same or increased since last year. More than 71 per cent of the CEOs surveyed said they mentored leaders in the past year, while about 56 per cent focused on retention and engagement of key talent.
