Communicating Total Rewards Conference

February 9-10, 2023 | USA

Communicating Total Rewards Conference
Beyond the ongoing core issues, the conference sessions will address the challenges and opportunities related to increased transparency in compensation, the need to communicate aggressively about culture, and what organizations have to offer now and in the future. With recent and new regulations on pay transparency with compensation, culture is more important than ever, and companies are navigating how to talk about compensation thoughtfully with their employees. The Communicating Total Rewards Conference will expand your thinking on the importance of communication to all HR initiatives and the efficacy of Total Rewards.

Spotlight

Telstra, Australia’s leading telecommunications and technology company, employs 25,000 plus employees and has an international presence spanning over 20 countries.

Prior to partnering with Achievers, Telstra used a rewards and recognition platform for 8 years for peerto-peer recognition. However, with the rapid advances in technology and industry shifts, the needs of the organisation, and its customers, had significantly changed. New ways of working had exposed limitations in the platform and the opportunity for recognition program design simplification and digitisation of all recognition programs. Telstra wanted a high frequency recognition solution that was fully integrated and connected, reinforcing a global employee engagement experience.

The pace of change in the education sector has accelerated rapidly in the last two years, as it has for many industries. The Corporate E-Learning market size is likely to reach US$408bn by 2029 and the value of the global EdTech industry is forecast to grow to over US$230bn by 2028. Mobile technology, cloud services and immersive reality tools provide a vast world of opportunities to enhance learning, making it more accessible, interactive, and modern for learners in the corporate setting. The Asia Pacific region is anticipated to develop at a higher accelerated rate of tech adoption in the next years because on one hand, you have nations such as Japan, Korea, and Australia, where virtually the entire population has access to the internet at lightning speed and on the other, you’ve got countries such as Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia, which are developing technologically but have a long way to go to reach that level. In between, there are China and India, two of the world’s largest and most vibrant economies, where the need is now but the reality sometimes falls short. With the geo demographic stage set, the HR Exchange Network is proud to announce our 2nd Annual Corporate Learning APAC online event running on 15 and 16 November 2022 which will focus on three main themes: Utilizing learning analytics to personalize learning and training both efficiently and effectively Creating a culture of lifelong learning Utilizing technology to build a learning ecosystem for the workforce
