NORTEC partnered with the Lismore Workers Club and Lismore Golf Club to deliver a hands-on Hospitality course for twelve Hospitality students. We caught up with Jenny Rock (NORTEC Branch Manager), Simon Crethar (NORTEC Trainer), and two of the students, Morgan and Dwayne, to speak to them about their experiences with this initiative, and how they think the first six weeks of the twelve week course went.
