Self-Service HR Mobile Application Built using Oracle MCS

This is a cross-platform mobile application that is used by the employees, as a self-service HR application. Employees can use this application to apply for absence requests and approvals, view team calendar, access employee directory, view payroll, paystubs and more. The application is integrated with Oracle E-Business Suite and all the updates performed through the app are visible in the Oracle database, in real-time.
