An engaged employee is an asset to the organization. No doubt. But has the organization built the necessary environment to inspire engagement? What are the factors that drive Employee Engagement? Dr. Sunil Maheshwari, Dean - Samatvam Academy - explains the seven drivers of Employee Engagement in this video.
