Cloud HCM applications bring a unique set of end user adoption challenges that many other applications don't. Solving these challenges at scale is critical to HCM success. It is suggested that a modern cloud based HCM application is one of the three pillars of digital transformation for any large enterprise, alongside a cloud CRM and ITSM applications. While this is true in essence, it would probably make more sense to say that the HCM application is the foundation of digital transformation while other applications form the pillars.
