And, aside from proving their worth through a barrage of questions about their ability to succeed in a support role in marketing, sales or production, they must answer questions in keeping with the corporate culture – like: “Do you watch Game of Thrones or The Walking Dead?” That question tends to be asked in jest (maybe), says Colin Hageney, the Houston-based company’s president. But the distributor firm takes its talent search seriously – in both its skills assessment and corporate fit.
