Inova Payroll Announces Merger With Integrated Payroll Services and LinkHCM

On January 13, Inova Payroll, a leading human resources capital (HCM) solutions provider, announced a merger with two payroll services companies. Both, St. Louis-based Integrated Payroll Services (IPS) and Rancho Cucamonga-based LinkHCM are among the premier payroll solutions providers in the U.S. The merger has positioned the combined enterprise to be among the top three privately-held payroll and HR solutions companies in the country. It now serves nearly 5,000 employers and employs 200,000 people.
