Kaiser Permanente collaborated with Oracle to modernize its business processes with Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) to provide intuitive employee experiences, simplify complex HR processes, and address the workforce's health and safety needs.
With 39 hospitals, over 700 medical offices, and 12.4 million members, Kaiser Permanente is one of the major not-for-profit healthcare providers in the United States. Kaiser Permanente aimed to enhance its ability to provide personalized, interactive services for its workforce because it is committed to delivering excellent experiences to both patients and employees. Kaiser Permanente implemented Oracle Cloud HCM in the organization, allowing it to streamline critical HCM processes when dealing with the major business and talent management challenges that come with handling teams of essential workers during a global pandemic.
