Adonis AS and Tritan Software Corporation Unveil Integrated Human Resources, Health, and Safety Solution for the Maritime Industry

Adonis AS (Adonis), a leading global supplier of maritime HR solutions, announced a partnership with Tritan Software Corporation (Tritan) to provide an advanced Human Resources, Health, and Safety solution for maritime organizations. The approach would merge Adonis' crewing and payroll systems with Tritan's Health Information and Incident Management platform, allowing cruise and ferry operators to re-enter the industry safely and effectively as the global economy recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic. The two firms will both coordinate strategic marketing campaigns, using their respective reputations for offering “best in breed” strategies to promote each other's solutions and improve their respective market positions.

The Adonis Human Resources solution allows companies to host and consolidate all of their crew, Human Resources, and payroll systems on a single database, improving efficiencies and communication between their vessels and their various shore-side crew pools and offices. Tritan's Health Information and Incident Management platform enables organizations to successfully monitor all aspects of medical operations across their entire fleet of vessels, crew members, and medical providers, as well as report, trend, and assess events in the areas of health, environmental safety, efficiency, security, and technology.
