Employers increasingly relying on tech, branding to attract talent

Most employers (75%) are working to upgrade their recruiting processes, adopting strategies to simplify and accelerate hiring, according to Randstad's Sourceright's Talent Trends Quarterly. The survey also revealed that almost half of employers (46%) are investing in technology, including AI, to speed and enhance their processes. This includes chatbots, human cloud platforms, and predictive analytics. Many said they believe AI will deliver better consistency and efficiency for candidates, while also freeing up staff to focus on more strategic projects.
