Explorance Introduces Breakthrough Tool for Employee Experience Management in Tumultuous Year for Talent
Text-based open-ended employee feedback is difficult to evaluate and understand for enterprise organizations. Still, this unruly qualitative data can now provide the richest and most actionable insights to business and HR leaders. Explorance, a leader in Experience Management (XM) solutions, today announced BlueML, the only machine learning-powered comment analysis solution specially designed to transform employee responses into decision-grade intelligence. BlueML enables business leaders to make sense of – and make choices based on — unstructured data gathered through employee surveys and other sources of feedback, resulting in meaningful and actionable insights in seconds.

Until recently, comment analysis tools relied only on machine learning models trained to analyze generic text-based data rather than actual employee feedback. BlueML is a "text analytics first" BI solution with models trained on HR-specific content from various industries and organizations and employee input on culture, onboarding, engagement, exit surveys, and other subjects.

The BlueML dashboard automatically scans and categorizes employee feedbacks and provides polarity sentiment analysis or forward recommendations that encourage insight and action. BlueML enables HR leaders to interact with data and compare data sources and inputs in real-time, giving them the insights they need to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.

BlueML's ability to rapidly analyze comments at an enterprise scale allows each employee's voice to be heard, promoting employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and generating meaningful feedback, engagement, and retention while increasing the speed to effect. In addition, BlueML's models learn and improve over time, getting "smarter" and more accurate as they go, providing the richest insights possible to assist companies' biggest talent decisions.

Explorance's entire portfolio of Employee Experience Management solutions, including the newly upgraded Blue 8.0 XM platform, includes BlueML. BlueML can also complement companies' existing XM technology stacks by providing a scalable method for analyzing text-based content from almost any source, including solicited feedback like employee surveys and unsolicited input like social media. BlueML provides unrivaled comment categorization, sentiment analysis, insights, and recommendations to HR leaders, allowing them to manage the employee experience "from recruit to retire" very efficiently.
