Hatch recognized in best graduate employer survey

Hatch has been named one of South Africa’s top 50 aspirational employers in a survey of new graduates entering the workforce. The survey, now in its ninth year, is conducted by the South African Graduate Employers Association (SAGEA). SAGEA polls graduates and successful job hunters who received confirmed job offers from graduate employers across all sectors in 2019/2020. They are asked a series of questions designed to review the success of graduate campaigns and to provide feedback to employers that will assist in the planning of future recruitment programs.
