isolved Acquires Predictive People Analytics Provider - TrenData HR

The combination enables company executives and HR professionals to move from reactive to proactive human capital management (HCM) by delivering sophisticated insights in a simple manner.

The acquisition will assist organizations of all sizes – not just the largest – in maximizing business and people outcomes from their HR data. TrenData HR combines external data sources with information from internal systems, then uses advanced predictive artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to provide powerful visual insights wherever and wherever they are required.

TrenData HR automates the safe and secure gathering of workforce data from various, approved sources, including isolved People Cloud, to offer visually appealing analytics and prescriptive suggestions and predictive insights on which action can be done proactively. These insights can even be sought via a voice-activated conversational virtual assistant (VA) driven by a sophisticated natural language processing (NLP) engine.

This feature is available to the workforce. According to 58% of HR leaders surveyed by isolved, AI will change HR positions by:
• Relieving them of burdensome tasks so they can concentrate on more strategic aspects of their role.
• Creating new opportunities for more technical roles.
• Enhancing compliance.

In addition, when isolved surveyed full-time employees in the United States, 83% said that they were open to using a conversational VA to assist them in completing HR-related tasks.

Every employee now has a voice or text assistant on call due to the addition of TrenData HR's predictive people analytics and conversational interface to isolved People Cloud. Beginning with a browser and mobile app, and ultimately, as part of the companies' collaborative product plan, from inside common business tech platforms such as Microsoft Teams, messaging platforms such as Facebook's WhatsApp, or IoT devices utilizing technologies such as Google Assistant.
