Qualtrics Reveals its New Solution and Strategic Partnership with Korn Ferry to create Inclusive Workforce

Qualtrics today reveals its partnership with Korn Ferry. It gave insights into the release of a new solution. The solution will help organizations uncover critical insights about equity, diversity, and inclusion. Also, the solution will empower taking actions that drive powerful, measurable, and systemic change in the future. Qualtrics has taken this drastic step to bring innovation to the HR industry. It is encouraging HR leaders to use experience data and identify DEI experience gaps. With this, they can create a more diverse and inclusive workforce.

The research shows diverse organizations have higher levels of engagement, the ability to attract talent, innovation, job satisfaction, and employee retention. From the previous time, leaders are working hard to create diverse, inclusive, and fair workplaces for all employees. But, many HR teams, executives, DEI leaders, and managers are unaware of where to begin or how to drive lasting changes in workflow.

The Qualtrics DEI solution uses best practices and a validated model.
