State of Play: Employee Experience in Malaysia

Malaysia’s employers are facing a few challenges when it comes to engagement. In our global survey of over 6,000 full-time workers, we found Malaysian employees trending towards the lower end of the scale when it comes to measures like job satisfaction and loyalty. Only 50% are happy in their jobs, and 20% say they’re likely to leave their jobs within 2 years.
