Are your employee bene¬ts “future-proof”?

April 14, 2014

Case in point: According the Society for Human Resource Management,  92% of
companies currently offer some form of defined contribution retirement savings
plan. However, only 59% offer investment advice online and only 53% offer this
advice one-on-one.8 Offering financial advice would probably be a small
addition to your benefits, but it could make a huge impression on millennials.
After all, how much more valuable would your benefits be to millennials if you
weren’t just a 401(k) provider, but also a financial advisor?
Luckily, you don’t need to do this alone. Financial Finesse is just one example of
a company that can help educate your employees about financial  wellness, but
they’re certainly not the only one. In fact, your benefits providers may already
offer these services to you for free.
Of course, retirement savings is only one of the employee benefits that can be
tuned to ensure that it’s providing value to millennials. For example, just as
millennials value retirement advice in addition to 401(k)s, they may also value
nutrition plans and discounted gym memberships in addition to a medical
insurance plan that they’re much less likely to use than their older co-workers.

whitePaper | January 30, 2023

Telstra, Australia’s leading telecommunications and technology company, employs 25,000 plus employees and has an international presence spanning over 20 countries. However, with the rapid advances in technology and industry shifts, the needs of the organisation, and its customers, had significantly changed. New ways of working had exposed limitations in the platform and the opportunity for recognition program design simplification and digitisation of all recognition programs. The employee experience playbook

whitePaper | February 6, 2020

As the focus on employee engagement has grown over the past several decades, an important point is often overlooked: Engagement is an outcome, the result of the entire employee experience. The employee experience is defined by everything from the physical work environment to the relationship between employees, management, and executives, and even includes factors not directly connected to the job—health, finances, family, and social life—all of which impact employees’ total well-being.
