What is the Randstad Award? How does the Employer Branding Research work?

The Randstad Award is the world‟s largest public opinion survey, measuring the market perception of employers with the largest workforces across 25 countries. It offers unique insights into the key drivers of talent attraction, engagement and retention and culminates in recognising the nation‟s Most Attractive Employer – the Randstad Award winner – every year. The Randstad Award is the only Award and employer branding research project of its kind in Australia and around the world. Organisations cannot nominate to participate, there is no judging panel and it is not an internal employee survey. The ranking system is based entirely on the perceptions of Australia‟s 150 largest private and public employers (by workforce size), from over 10,000 independently selected Australians. So the Randstad Award is the truest reflection of employer attractiveness for the largest 150 employers as voted by a country‟s workforce.
