Moving Away from Mundane Tasks The Revolution That HR Needs to Experience

One of the departments known for being lazy, unresponsive and mostly useless by many. HR has been one of the most neglected divisions of any organization, and things haven’t changed much. This remains largely true for small to medium enterprises, where HR is treated as an independent function having little or nothing to do with core business issues. This is why most employees in the HR department end up getting stuck with mundane and manual activities which excite nobody and take away focus from actual functions that HR was originally built for bringing people together. This is not good news for anyone. And the sooner it changes, the better will organizational functioning become.
