Bridge the engagement gap because investing in employee engagement, pays a return. And that’s good business sense. The numbers don’t lie- engagement is ongoing issue for organisations, in which only 13% of employees worldwide are engaged, 27% of the employees are high-retention risk. More than a third exceed performance expectations, more than 70% say they have to leave to advance their careers. The higher the retention risk, the less engaged people are.
